At Arcade Legends, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all new pinball and arcade game machines purchased through our store.

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Electrical and mechanical failures under normal residential or commercial use.

  • Malfunctions not caused by user damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of delivery and remains valid for a period of 12 months.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or physical impact.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or installation.

  • Damage from power surges, improper voltage, or environmental conditions.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request service under this warranty:

  1. Email us at info@arcadelegends.ca with your original order number.

  2. Include a detailed description of the issue and attach photos or videos showing the problem.

  3. Our customer service team will review the claim and contact you with next steps.

If the claim is approved:

  • We may offer to repair the product, provide a replacement part, or issue a full replacement unit.

  • Return shipping for approved warranty claims will be covered by Arcade Legends.

  • All warranty service will be handled promptly and professionally.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Warranty service may be limited to specific regions based on logistics and product type.
